SHIPPING INFORMATION

Low shipping costs
Our agreements with DHL, and PostNord, are very favourable which keep the freight costs low for our clients. For example shipping within Sweden up to 5 kgs - 150 SEK, to Denmark (up to 5 kgs - 275 SEK).

Your parcel
Your shipment is normally carried by DHL to your closest service point. Receiver is notified via SMS when parcel arrived there. If the SMS number you have stated in your order doesn't work you will receive a notification via mail. If we send to a company adress we may send it straight to your company door.

Parcel not picked up
If a parcel is left at the service point for 14 days then it will automatically be returned to us.

Products in stock
For items in stock and ordered online we pack and ship your order the following day.

Products out of stock or special ordered items
As we have a wide product range and therefore we have become experts in frequent and fast shipments from all our main suppliers. Therefore we offer all products, out of stock and special products included, to be delivered within reasonable time.

Reference delivery times for out of stock or special orders to reach Malmö

Ikelite (3-7 working days)
Nauticam (4-10 working days)
Sea&Sea (6-14 working days)
Other brands (3-10 days)

"Special shipment"
We also offer "Special Shipment" which means the same day you order from us the producer will send the items, if available, to us in Malmö with your preferred carrier. Please bare in mind that this alternative will add an extra freight cost for you.
 
 
Please note!
Unforseen circumstances. It is always our goal to deliver products as fast as possible, but we can't guarantee shipping days as they vary a bit from time to time. And even if it is rare it has happened that a product temporarily out of stock by the manufacturer. If urgent we are happy to check availbility for you before accepting your order.
 
Bouncing parcels. When a parcel not is picked up at service station is it returned to us. We will pay back the total amount on the invoice except the freight cost if it is stock items. If you want a bounced order to be sent again then let us know (extra freight charge will be added).
 
Remember that special items/orders imported for you may not be refunded.
