Shipping following workday

Fast delivery times
When items are shipped from our producers (not in our stock) delivery time is approximately 1 to 2 weeks.
We always inform you with delivery time when not delivering directly from our stock.

Express shipment
You always have the option to order "Express shipment" for a product that is urgent.
Cost and estimated delivery time is provided to you before you make your firm order.


GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customer friendly shipping costs
Our strong agreements with shipping agents such as DHL, UPS and PostNord keep freight cost very low for our customers.

Your shipment
We normally send your parcel to your closest service point. You are notified via text (SMS) when your parcel arrive to the service point.
When shipping to companies we send door-to-door delivery, unless otherwise requested.

Uncollected parcels
If a parcel is left at a service point to long it will automatically be returned to us.

Remember
Special orders imported to us in Sweden on your request, are not subject to be cancelled and refunded.
