This represents our most versatile strobe arm consisting of three clamps, two 180 mm arms, and mount to Quick Release handle.

This package is to be considered a base for you when you purchase a strobe, light or underwater housing.

The two segment arm is easily adjustable on-the-fly and perfectly suited to any shooting scenario from macro close-up to super wide angle. This is a great choice to mount almost any strobe or video light to an Ikelite quick release handle. The 1" ball components feature a groove and o-ring to prevent slippage for improved holding power with less force. While underwater, clamps may be finger-tightened to keep lighting in place yet allow repositioning without loosening the clamp. All parts are hard coat type III anodized for a long lasting, scratch resistant finish. Ikelite 1" ball components are compatible with most 1" arm system components. The auxiliary clamps at the bottom of the arm provide an additional mounting location for a focus light or to attach a top handle if using two arms.

The ball arm system Mark II provides opportunities to mount an additional lightweight accessory almost anywhere along the length of an arm. 

Regarding cables

Most strobes can be fired with a fiber optic cable, either straight from the housing to the strobe or through a converter or trigger.
Some combinations of strobe and underwater housing demand an electrical cable, either straight from the housing to the strobe or through a TTL converter or trigger.
