Service & Repair - Nauticam's underwater products

Basically everything Nauticam produce can be repaired and serviced. And we use their European Service center for fast handling and highest quality of craftmanship. Since this is a general product that involve several different kinds of products and services we can not offer a fixed price.
If you need a service or repair always contact us first to get a quote and preliminary time frame.

Underwater housings - Full service

A complete overhaul on an Nauticam underwater housing is a delicate and extremely time consuming task that need trained technician, specialist machinery and cleanroom environment to be performed. Send us which housing (for regular camera, video camera or monitor) or you need serviced and we send you a quote.

Lenses & Ports - Repair and/or Service

If a lens or glass port is scratced it is almost always possible to repair the lens or port. If a unit leaks for whatever reason it needs either repair performed or a service. If you have a problem with a lens or a port contact us for advise.

Other Repair & Service

As stated above almost all products can be serviced or repaired but due to the complexities of different products and models we have to ask you to contact us for an individual plan and price for many items.

Spare parts

If a detail on your Nauticam product is broken and you need a new spare part you can order them from us.

How to... Service & Repair

• Original Nauticam components are always used.
• Parts and components vary depending on the product that needs service or repair.
• After service or repair your product's function is tested.
• After service or repair your product is pressure tested.
• Pressure test will verify 100% waterproof underwater product.

Nauticam´s European Service center

All Nauticam service or repairs are performed at Nauticam's European Service Center equipped with a proper pressure tank to test the product after service. All service staff is up to date and continuously trained by Nauticam, meaning even latest products can be serviced.
