Full service on a regular basis, or if any leaks are noticed.

A complete overhaul on an advanced Nauticam housing is a very delicate and extremely time consuming task.

Full service - What is included

• Original Nauticam service kit composed for your specific underwater housing is used.
• All controls serviced with every o-ring, spring and c-clip being replaced.
• Main o-ring replacement is included.
• After service the underwater housing is checked by an extensive pressure test.
• Pressure test assure 100% waterproof underwater housing.

Nauticam's European Service Center

All Nauticam service is performed at Nauticam's European Service Center equipped with a proper pressure tank to test the housing after service. All service staff is up to date and continuously trained by Nauticam, meaning even latest products can be serviced.

Service Center procedures

1. Important! You always need to check with us before sending a housing for service.
2. Inform us about a) the exact housing model b) serial number (because different versions sometimes require different components).
3. After your payment all relevant parts required are ordered from Nauticam HQ.
4. When parts have arrived from Nauticam (around 2 weeks), you can send your housing to us
5. Send the underwater housing, including the underwater housing's camera tray AND the actual camera body (necessary for function test).
6. After receiving the housing, the overhaul will be finished within 2 to 3 weeks.
7. In case the housing shows extreme signs of wear or broken parts, we inform you about additional costs and timeframe.
