The housing

For the underwater photographer, the Nikon Z8 is one of the most exciting mirrorless cameras ever released. Nikon has literally taken all of the photo and video performance of their flagship Z9 camera and shrunk them down into a package that is easy to travel and dive with.

The Ikelite 200DL Underwater Housing is perfectly suited to making the most out of this powerful camera. Every element is optimized for lightweight strength, reliability, and field serviceability. This housing features our robust Dry Lock (DL) port system. "Dry Lock" refers to the placement of the o-ring on the outside of the port mount. DL ports are the lightest on the market, yet robust and capable of standing up to rough surf. Attachment is quick and secure.

A vacuum valve is installed standard on the side of the housing. The vacuum valve is designed to be low profile to avoid interference with controls. The optional Vacuum Pump with Gauge #IK47011 allows you to draw a vacuum on the housing to check for leaks prior to entering the water. The spare M16 threaded accessory port provides an attachment point for third party accessories including HDMI bulkheads.
