On & Off while underwater
With a lens holder a wet lenses can be mounted or removed underwater during your dive. So you can change from your normal lens to wide angle macro on the same dive.
A flip adapter are mounted on the front of a flat port or straight onto the front of the underwater housing allowing you to "flip" the lens back and forth. The bayonett adapter lets you remove your lens with a klick on a release button and are mounted as the flip adapter. You also need a coresponding bayonett adapter monted on your strobe/light arms to store the lens on the arm until you need it again.
